Saqqajja Snack Bar

Situato nell'omonimo quartiere della città maltese di Rabat, questa piccola caffetteria-bar ha qualche tavolo appena fuori dal locale e un paio all'interno. Serve panini, caffè, bibite, aperitivi e l'ambiente è molto colorato e particolare con tutte le bottiglie di alcolici appese a testa in giù o allineate. Il bancone dove vengono servite le bevande è stato costruito all'interno di un incavo con il soffitto a volta, ovviamente in arenaria. Il costo per un cappuccino o un caffè sono circa gli stessi che in italia e la qualità non è affatto male. Consigliato se volete rilassarvi appena fuori dall'antica città di Medina.

Located in the district of maltese town of Rabat, this small café-bar has a few tables just outside the room and a couple inside. It serves sandwiches, coffee, soft drinks, appetizers and the environment is very colorful and especially with all the bottles of alcohol hung upside down or aligned. The counter where drinks are served has been built inside a recess with a vaulted ceiling, obviously in sandstone. The cost for a cappuccino or coffee are about the same as in Italy and the quality is not bad at all. Recommended if you want to relax just outside the ancient city of Medina.
