São Pedro Chapel

On the last section of the stairway, almost reaching the top of the shrine is the Chapel of San Pedro. Like Mary Magdalene chapel, this chapel is different from the others that make up the ordeal of Mount Espinho - it's rectangular as it was rebuilt in 1839. Inside is San Pedro with its attribute, the key of heaven that leads to paradise.
