La foire aux santons
Parallèlement au marché de noël, la typique foire aux santons s'installe à Marseille ! La foire réunit 40 santonniers depuis maintenant 209 ans. Elle réunit les meilleurs artisans jusqu'au 31 décembre. C'est un véritable monde à part rempli par la magie de noël. Afin de comprendre toutes les étapes de création de ces petits personnages, un atelier des santonniers est installé au milieu de la foire. Des démonstrations sont effectuées chaque week end.
Alongside the Christmas market, the typical santon fair moved to Marseille! The fair brings together 40 santonniers the past 209 years. It brings together the best artisans until December 31. It is a real world apart filled with the magic of Christmas. To understand all the steps for creating these little characters, a workshop Santon is installed in the middle of the fair. Demonstrations are conducted every weekend.
