Quiero expresar mi indignación con lo ocurrido en el Restaurante RUBESARA en Santo Tomé del Puerto, ocurrido el día 23 de agosto durante la comida con el propietario del establecimiento. Entre los comensales teniamos una muchacha alergica de ALTO RIESGO, le pedimos que la pusiera un plato de jamón pero que antes se lavara las manos y el cuchillo con el que iba a cortar, cuando sirvió el jamón se le preguntó si lo había hecho como se le pidió, y de malas formas dijo si no se fían lo retiro y lo retiró si más. La trajo en su lugar un plato con una lata de espárragos y un abridor para abrirlo nosotros mismos. Cuando fué requerido para explicarle el porque tenia que hacerlo así, dijo que lo sentía pero no nos podía atender. El camarero que nos sirvió la mesa al finalizar la comida venia con un chupíto y el propietario lo mando retirar. Un propietario de un establecimiento de cara al publico no puede tratar a sus clientes de malas formas y sin atenderles cuando es requerido. Por los tratos recibidos NO ACONSEJO reservar en este restaurante, hay otro en la plaza del pueblo se llama La Terraza y te reciben con mejor trato, tuvimos que ir a este otro restaurante y pedirle que la cortaran el jamón como se pidió y así lo hizo, por lo que esta clientela se cambia a la Terraza.

Acabo de leer un comentario aquí escrito sobre el trato recibido a unos clientes por parte de un camarero y el propietario del establecimiento y me gustaría decir que lo que se dice no es que sea inexacto es que en gran parte es falso. Recuerdo perfectamente a la familia que llegó a comer y es verdad que avisaron al llegar de que había una chica con una alergia de "alto riesgo". MENTIRA es que pidieran un cuchillo lavado, eso se les ofreció, pidieron un cuchillo nuevo sin usar y en ese momento no se tenía, por lo cual nadie se arriesga a cortar el jamón con un cuchillo lavado con la mala suerte de que a la chica le pueda dar la alergia. Al explicárselo creo que las malas formas no vinieron por parte del propietario, sino que la familia no quería entender las explicaciones que se les ofrecían. MENTIRA es que se les plantara encima de la mesa una lata de espárragos como remedio al problema, sino que ellos la pidieron de esa forma: sin abrir y sin manipular, con un abrelatas limpio y un plato. Y MENTIRA y gran MENTIRA que el camarero quitara los chupitos a los comensales. Si tan malo fué el trato y el servicio recibido ¿por qué no abandonaron el establecimiento hasta pasadas casi las 6 de la tarde? Parece que el asado gustó y mucho, puesto que incluso todo se firmó con champán y sidra sino recuerdo mal... No sé el porque de esta difamación recibida, pero lo que sí sé es que si un familiar mio es alérgico o está enfermo, cuando llamo para hacer una reserva informo de la situación para que el local me pueda solucionar el problema, pero no me presento allí pidiendo y exigiendo cuando el establecimiento no está preparado. Si por un casual una persona resulta enferma, imagínense el problema... Sobre lo de ir a un sitio u otro, les haré referencia a un anuncio de finales de los 80: ¡busque, compare, y si encuentra algo mejor, cómprelo! Buenos días soy un residente en un pueblo cercano desde hace cuarenta años, conocí al propietario y familia casualmente y saqué tan buena impresión que me he hecho adicto a su cocina y personas. Por circunstancias de la vida mi familia se rompió y mi buen amigo cuando conoció mi situación tuvo la atención de ofrecerme su casa y su restaurante. Respeto lo escrito por un cliente pero hay formas de decir las cosas. Yo me atrevería a decir que volviese e indagase sobre Eugenio y la limpieza de su restaurante y si sirve de algo en dicho restaurante nos reunimos muchos compañeros del gremio de mi profesión y del gremio de hostelería. Siento mucho ese incidente y quisiera apuntar que donde va ahora yo también soy cliente pues en una zona pequeña todos nos debemos a todos y el que la hace la paga, pero no es justo decir más de lo que es, máxime cuando insisto es una familias muy seria y responsable.
