Santiago of Barra Lighthouse

A small lighthouse inside the fortified enclosure of Santiago da Barra Castle, in front of the port area, at the mouth of the river Lima. It's a cylindrical red tower, 6 meters high, the bright, white lantern has a range of 5 miles. Though it was built in 1878 it still serves as a navigation support.
