Sant Llorenç de la Muga
Sant Llorenc de la Muga, a beautiful medieval town which is well preserved and most worth visiting if you are in the area of Empordà. It is a walled enclosure, old village core origin probably dating back to the late Roman Empire. The first citation is from the X century. It has been popular among holidaymakers since before the civil war thanks to its natural environment along the river Muga and beauty of medieval architectural heritage. I found a page that offers much information about the town and what to do around the Alt Empordà:'https://www.empordaturisme.com'
