Combines history, tradition and culture.
San Miguel del Monte, in Buenos Aires province, is just 110 kilometers from the federal capital. Harmonically it combines history, tradition and culture. Apparently it was founded on November 18, 1779 on the same day in which they began to build the chapel of the fort, one of the first outposts to combat raids. It was ordered to be built by the Viceroy Vertiz. The city has no particular architectural style, many of the houses are very old and typical. A variant brought from Europe and corresponding in each case to particular tastes of the traveller. Other modern houses with courtyards and many chalets combines the present with the past in a place that has become suitable for weekend trips for retirees.
