San Francisco - The Golden Gate City
You just need a couple of days in San Francisco to be able to see the most important sights without rushing. While the metropolitan area is huge, the city is very manageable and with a couple of tram lines and some buses you can easily travel throughout the city. Be careful, I visited at the end of June and always had to wear my jacket, even at 2 in the afternoon, and I'm from the north. San Francisco, California is not the beach and surf area. It's far north where fog and wind are very common in the summer, with temperatures around 18 to 19 degrees. What to see? In my opinion, the following: the Golden Gate, Chinatown, the Japanese Garden in Golden Gate Park, the Fishing Port, Union Square, Lombard Street, Alamo Square, the Palace and Gardens of the fine arts, Alcatraz.
