SameSun Backpackers Lodge Banff

I like Samesun in Banff because it’s a fun, clean, social environment that’s perfect for travelers passing through the Canadian Rockies. It’s a smaller hostel, but that makes it easy to meet people. One nice aspect about this place is that yes, bathrooms are shared. However, each dorm room has its own bathroom, so it’s definitely nicer to share it with six roommates rather than way more. Still, there are bathrooms down the hall. Room floors are carpeted so there’s bit of a homey feel to them.

Breakfast is included and is served in the bar area. (Events also take place here sometimes. I say sometimes because I didn't attend every single event.) The kitchen and common area are upstairs.
