This enormous park is located on a plot of land near Montbrió del Camp and costs around 4 euros to enter.
Besides the large tower (which you can climb), the most beautiful part of this park is the central lagoon. The colors there are really astounding, as well as the Gaudí-esque stone architecture.
The Samá Park is a perfectly idyllic place to spend an afternoon or Sunday morning. It’s right off the highway to Vinyols and was a project commissioned by the Marquis of Marianao and designed by José Fontsere y Mestres. The concept was basically to re-create the atmosphere of colonial Cuba where the Marquis’ family once lived. What they ended up achieving is just remarkable.
I’ve visited this park numerous times and you can bring your pets. It’s a lovely place to walk among the exotic trees, bridges, ponds, and streams, all the while climbing strange towers or venturing into caves (all of which are man-made).
The Parc Samá near Montbrio Camp Tarragona doesn't have much and admission is € 4.5 but it's a good place to hang out, it's okay.
