Little sale stalls
You find these little sale stalls on every tourist road in Carpathian. It's the best way to test the typical products of the region, and also instead of buying in a supermarket, the money directly benefits the locals. Products include delicious honey from the region, which are made in trucks, with ruffles back, so the wasps move with the seasons to places where there are flowers, and honey always tastes different. They may also sell cheeses, afumat is the specialty, smoked cheese is a cow's milk or sheep's milk, with a taste quite fine.
