The Flower Cathedral
This imposing cathedral seems too big for such a small town with only 20,000 inhabitants. Apparently, in years past, the town of Kutna Hora was very prosperous. This Gothic cathedral was founded in 1380, but there were many interruptions in its construction and it has gone through many renovations. The frescoes on the walls, the windows and the ceiling all stick out with their maze of flowers and branches.
