Great for kids
Blairdrummond, just outside the city of Stirling, was land that belonged to a local landowning family and over time it has been used to build this park zoo, one of the most famous and important Scotland. On sunny days it's best to be patient because it won't be easy to get in and you have to wait. Once inside it's worth it with attractions, shopping, dining and several circuits to see different animals: the farm, the wild, the water with different routes, some by boat, some on foot and others in your car. It has lions, rabbits, tigers, elephants, pigs, horses and penguins (to name a few) people usually call attention to the kangaroo colony that approach visitors and then leave jumping.
This is an attraction for the whole day and to eat out in the evening. Due to the large tracts of land, many prepare food at home and picnic there, if it's feasible. The entry is not a gift, but it's really worth it especially if going with children, they'll have a great time.
