Walking along Calle Mayor in Reinosa, I noticed a shop called "Sabores del Campo", which was right across from the Casa del Marqués de Cilleruelo. There you can buy some delicious artisan chocolates of all different types (milk, white, milk, sour, etc.) and there are a thousand varieties (some come with cranberries, orange, nuts, etc).
