Busy area of Lop Buri
Greetings travelers. This is a busy area of Lop Buri with heavy traffic, lots of pedestrians and partly because it is a commercial area but due to the attractions in the area. Only 400 meters from here you can find Lopburi Zoo which houses Asian and Australian wildlife. Perhaps the most peculiar apparently is a compound housing a family of tigers living with 4 dogs. Apparently they do so in harmony. You just need to see they are the same dogs a week later. Let's think right?. Open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Next to it you will find the national theater army. Only 150 meters away you have the bus station.
It can be very busy particularly at certain times as many people work in Lopburi but live in surrounding villages. Some times, like when we went, it was packed with students returning to their villages. The gazebos you find in this area are normally very ornate. This in particular has a huge picture of the King and Kotchasi which is a guardian from mythology. There are also lampposts decorated with figures and an impressive fountain that lights up at night.
