A decent location
It is not the best choice to stay in London in regard to value. The only good thing about this hotel would be its location, but it is not enough to see with different eyes. I spent a couple of nights in late July for work, but that's no reason for the service to not be good. The three stars of London are like they are here in Spain. Everything was very old and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The rooms were quite simple, with just enough space to sleep and little else. I heard a couple complain that they had bugs in their room. Luckily mine was not invaded. Everything, absolutely everything, that had carpet was dirty. In addition, there was a small amount of food with very little variety (advertised as a continental breakfast). The price is another drawback. Between 80 and 120 pounds, one should pass for the quality they offer.
It is located in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum and Regent Park. Very close to the metro station is Russell Square. If you walk a little more, you will be in Soho, Chinatown, Times Square, Piccadilly. As I said, it's the only good thing. And if it was solely to sleep, it would be fine, but the price ... Alongside all this, the hotel is huge and there are thousands and thousands of people everywhere, complaining. And, despite this, the service is very poor and it seems as if they had given up and only have half the staff required. ((Sorry about the quality of the photos, they are mobile because I did not bring a camera, but I think they help a little to see how the place is)) There are other facilities like a swimming pool, gym and bowling alley nearby. They have special prices, which are affordable for customers.
