Albert Dock

Uno de los lugares más interesantes para visitar en la ciudad de Liverpool es, sin duda, Albert Dock. Se trata de un almacén portuario que data de 1846 y que lleva haciendo historia desde su inauguración. Tanto es así que se trata, según la Wikipedia, de la primera construcción británica realizada con hierro, ladrillo y piedra y sin madera en la estructura. A día de hoy, es parte de la zona monumental que es patrimonio de la Humandidad por la UNESCO y la razón es obvia: Pasear por allí es una sensación fantástica. Personalmente, me gustó mucho de noche porque está fantásticamente iluminado, pero es cierto que como en su interior hay tiendas, de día se puede visitar e incluso tomar algo también. Una de sus grandes ventajas es también que en su sótano se encuentra el Museo de los Beatles, una auténtica maravilla para el turista y el amante de la música.

Avant réaménagement, Albert Docks était mal fréquenté mais maintenant c'est un superbe endroit où se balader. Les bâtiments lui apporte vraiment une ambiance particulière et un charme fou. S'y trouve notamment le Tate Liverpool qui expose de belles pièces de renommée internationale. Cependant, pour un café mieux vaut retourner vers le centre ville. C'est aujourd'hui un endroit très "trendy" donc les prix ont augmenté en conséquence.

Before redevelopment, Albert Docks was poorly attended but now it is a great place to walk. The buildings really bring him a special atmosphere and a crazy charm. There is the Tate Liverpool which exhibits beautiful pieces of international fame. However, for a coffee better go back to the city center. Today is a very trendy place so prices have increased accordingly.

El Albert Dock de Liverpool es una de sus mayores atracciones turísticas, dentro de de los Dock´s uno puede encontrar de todo: tiendas de regalos, bares, restaurantes y además el fabuloso Beatle Story (junto con su tienda oficial y un Starbucks todo ambientado con fotos de los Beatles) Estuve por allí el pasado Noviembre y la verdad que he disfrutado mucho de la ciudad y su gente, en el Albert Dock se encuentran los museos de la ciudad y el puerto desde donde uno puede subir al ferry y realizar un agradable paseo por la costa del Mersey. Les recomiendo las vistas desde el Museo de Liverpool!

Albert Dock is just THE place qu'il faut visiter. Et je ne dis pas ça uniquement parce qu'il s'agit de l'emplacement du musée consacré aux Beatles. C'est tout d'abord un endroit ravissant, qui représente vraiment bien ce qu'est Liverpool, et ses docks. Une petite promenade, un déjeuner, ou même un dîner en ces lieux est tout simplement quelque chose à ne pas manquer. On se prendrait presque pour un pêcheur allant en mer. J'ai adoré! A ne pas manquer: Le Starbucks Coffee. C'est tellement typique et Brittish!

Albert Dock is just THE right place to visit. And I'm not saying this only because it is the location of the museum dedicated to the Beatles. Hermosa ciudad, gente maravillosa, inglaterra.... ¿qué más puedo pedir?. Desde el día que pisamos suelo ingles, sentimos que iba a ser un viaje lleno de energía, anécdotas y como no de momentos ideales que congelar con el objetivo de mi cámara. Recomiendo la ciudad para todos aquellos amantes de la buena música y sobre todo de las tierras anglosajonas. Un saludo.

En mi estancia de dos semanas en Liverpool no encontré un sitio mejor para relajarte y mas bonito que este. Totalmente obligatorio visitarlo para cualquiera que visite esta bonita ciudad. Recomendaria no solo ver el Albert Dock, sino también pasear por todo el gran conjunto de puertos que bordean el río Mersey. Espero que todo el que lo visite lo disfrute tanto como yo.

In my two week stay in Liverpool I found a better place to relax and more beautiful than this. Absolutely essential visit for anyone visiting this beautiful city. Liverpool es una ciudad cerca del mar y en Los años pasados fue una de los puertos principales en Gran Bretaña. Hoy el puerto no sólo se utiliza con fines de negociación pero de un punto de atracción por las turistas y los vecinos igual. Albert Dock cuenta no sólo años de historia, pero una variedad de bares y restaurantes. Albert Dock es el lugar perfecto por un paseo por el paseo marítimo o una noche en los bares.
