Route of the Pier

At only two kilometers to the north of Cofrentes, just cross the bridge and you’ll find a paved path that signals the embarcadero (wharf) trail. This can be done on bike or by foot. It’s hardly 5 km long, there’s barely any traffic and it runs right next to the river.

It’s better if you do it during the afternoon, as you’ll be heading into the bright morning sun during the AM, and you’ll miss many great panoramic views. During the afternoon, the sun lights your path from behind, allowing you to enjoy everything you see. If you pay close attention and have a bit of luck, maybe you’ll find
