An interesting site
Ross is a small town that had its moment of glory during the Gold Rush. Today, there are still a few people who are devoted to the town, but nowadays the main business is to preserve the farm located there as a historic monument, with buildings that represent the lives of more than one hundred miners, and a replica of the extraction of earth from the river which was then filtered and passed through sieves to find gold. You can rent one of these pan strainers and pan for gold in the river in pioneer-style.
