Hotel Roma

I stayed here this summer, and the truth is that I don't have any good memories of this hotel. I can't complain about the location, next to the historic centre and in a pedestrian area. The room was spacious, and the views were fine. But it was the other things that made my stay so unpleasant. There are details that I imagine must be difficult to anticipate or control - for example, the cockroaches in the hallway or spiders in the bathroom. But the receptionists were severely lacking customer service skills. The one who greeted us barely looked up from the computer to speak, without offering so much as half a smile.

Hotel Roma is in the heart of Valladolid, near Plaza Mayor and the most central street in the city, Calle Heroes Alcazar. There are a total of 35 rooms which have the air conditioning, television, phone and bathroom. The hotel offers parking for its guests, in addition to its elegantly decorated rooms. During your stay at the hotel you can visit tourist attractions such as the Plaza Mayor, the City Council, the Teatro Zorrilla and the Great Park.
