A Football Field
In the late 19th century, together with the founding of the Sunderland football team they created the stadium that became known as Roker Park. It's along the beach, giving its visitors a real taste of Sunderland. Roker Park was named the most visited football field. Including a pond, a gazebo for orchestras, and a miniature train (for all ages), and various places for kids.
Currently it's one of the most social places in the area. It has all kinds of shows, like a Christmas one. When the weather is sunny the park is crowded with visitors and people have a lot of picnics there. The funny thing is that this building has several entrances and at different heights.
