A wonderful view of the sea
Egol is a small pier with a few houses that is located on one of the spikes to the south of the Isle of Skye. From Egol you can enjoy a wonderful view of the open sea, seeing Soay Island, Rum, Eigg and Canna, as well as one of the best views of the Cuillin Hills. To get there, turn right onto the Road B8083. It takes about an hour to reach Egol. Along the way you'll pass the 928m high summit of Bla Bheinn. You won't encounter any cars, but you will see some sheep and cattle.
