El hotel está bien, como cosas buenas: la relación calidad/precio, dos noches, tres días con desayuno incluido 108€ en pleno agosto. Mejor pedir las habitaciones reformadas porque están en proceso de reformas y hay habitaciones muy antiguas. La piscina y el jardín son fantásticos y estå cerca del centro y justo al lado del Carrefour. Le pesan los años y necesita una manito de pintura en algunos sitios.

Tuve la desgracia de elegir este hotel para celebrar mi boda. Nunca jamás volveré a celebrar nada en este lugar, ni mucho menos alojarme en él. No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas cuando las toallas están deshilachadas, la higiene es terrible y hay humedades en las suites, el bufé de desayuno es escaso y la atención al cliente es terrible. El personal te atiende de manera deficiente y con demasiada condescendencia. Celebrar una boda es garantía de llanto asegurada. Su prepotencia es tal que como te descuides te cobran de más por quejarte en tu menú de boda: autoservicio en cafés, pescado crudo y soso en las mesas, cobrarte de más por un postre que ni sirven, demora en servir platos, sorbetes que son trozos de hielo imposibles de digerir. Podría continuar pero me conformo con que mi crítica sirva para evitar a más incautos a pasar por el mal rato que yo he pasado. Si os gusta el entorno, visitad Baeza, que tiene mejores lugares para comer y alojarse con un trato infinitamente más profesional. Un error en toda regla este hotel de tres al cuarto.

Un hotel muy acogedor y con buenos servicios. La cama es muy confortable y el desayuno buffet buenísimo!
