The Nile Ritz Carlton hotel is next to the Nile River, it´s a luxury hotel with nice views towards the Midan Tahrir and the river with the island of Gezira and the Cairo Tower. It is the hold Hilton Nile Hotel that is being renovated, which was an institution in the city frequented by many VIPs and politicians. They should open again next year. The Egyptian Museum is 15 minutes walking and the Midan Tahrir, which never sleeps, is where you can find restaurants, bars, travel agencies and whatever service you need.
