Ristorante l’Alpage Boréon

Nel Parco Nazionale del Mercantour, appena sopra il lago artificiale di Boréon e vicino al Parco Wolf (Alpha Park), troviamo il ristorante l’Alpage, gestito interamente da Delphine e dalla sua famiglia. Il luogo è originale, tra pascoli e foreste di pini. La tipologia dei menù offerti dalla cucina è scandita dalle stagioni, cucina semplice come raclette, tartiflette, camembert al forno, ravioli, gnocchi e naturalmente il rinomato formaggio d’alpeggio. Basta guardarsi intorno e possiamo vedere le mucche e i vitelli pascolare lì vicino, le fornitrici della materia prima di questo delizioso formaggio. Lasciate un po’ di spazio per un assaggio alle torte ai mirtilli o alle mele, prodotti dalla casa. Con una splendida brocca di vino rosso tutto sarà ancor più indimenticabile. E’ aperto tutti i giorni da giugno a settembre, dalle ore otto alle diciannove, negli altri mesi dal mercoledì alla domenica, è gradita comunque la prenotazione. Uno chalet dove poter mangiare del buon cibo con prodotti locali, accogliente e simpatico, dal servizio eccellente!

In the Mercantour National Park, just above the artificial lake of Boréon and close to Wolf Park (Alpha Park), we find the restaurant l"Alpage, run entirely by Delphine and her family. The place is original, through pastures and pine forests. The type of cuisine offered by the menu is marked by the seasons, simple food like raclette, tartiflette, baked camembert, ravioli, gnocchi and of course the famous mountain cheese. Just look around and we can see the cows and calves grazing nearby, the suppliers of the raw material of this delicious cheese. Let a little "space for a taste cakes with blueberries or apples, products from the house. With a wonderful red wine jug everything it will be even more memorable. And "open daily from June to September, from eight to nineteen hours, in other months from Wednesday to Sunday, it is welcome nonetheless reservations. A chalet where to eat good food with local produce, welcoming and friendly, excellent service!
