Ristorante Il Toscano

Dopo un giro per il bel centro storico di Bolsena, e una sosta in un bel negozietto sul corso, ci siamo fatt consigliare un buon posto dove mangiare bene. Ed eccoci al ristorante "Il toscano". Come si può leggere dall'insegna il ristorante è aperto dal 1953, ma è stato ristrutturato di recente, con molto gusto. L'ambiente è luminoso, arredato con stile e colori che vanno dall'avion al carta da zucchero, al bianco. Dettagli molto curati, come le belle lampade, le poltrone nell'angolo relax, o le sedie in legno, di un vecchio cinema all'entrata. Dal menù abbiamo scelto, come primi un risotto alla pescatora, buonissimo, un piatto a base di pesce di lago, la specialità del luogo. Io personalmente ho preso le crepes ai funghi e salsiccia ed erano paradisiache. Ottima anche la tagliata con rucola e scaglie e squisite le patate al forno. Uno di quei posti che ti invoglia a tornare per assaggiare altri piatti. 10 e lode!

After a tour of the beautiful old town of Bolsena, and a stop at a nice little shop on the course, we fatt recommend a good place to eat well. And here we are at the restaurant "The Tuscan." As you can see by the sign the restaurant opened in 1953, but was recently renovated with taste. The bright, stylish and colors ranging dall'avion the powder blue, to white. Details manicured, like beautiful lamps, the chairs in the relaxation, or wooden chairs, an old entrance to the cinema. Since men have chosen, as first a seafood risotto, delicious, a dish made with fish from the lake, the specialty of the place. I personally took the crepes with mushrooms and sausage and they were heavenly. Also good cut with rocket and parmesan and delicious baked potatoes. One of those places that makes you want to return to sample other dishes. 10 and praise!
