River Lochy

Lo de que en Escocia sobra el agua no es un mito... es una realidad como la copa de un pino, es más, ahora en pleno Agosto ya llevamos 2 semanas de lluvía, cosas del lugar pero por ello tenemos el whisky que tenemos. Es por ello que en cuanto nos movemos un poco aparece un río que llamará sin duda nuestra atención por varias razones: por estar entre montañas, por estar junto a una cascada de escándalo y por que una vez fuera de la civilización son todos muy bonitos y disfrutables. En este caso, el nombre del río real es Lochy pero como hay otro río con el mismo nombre en Fort William que no tiene nada que ver con este, pues se le re-bautizo con Inver (sobre) Lochy. Que es en realidad un afluente del río Orchy pero que transcurre junto a un valle muy pero que muy paisajístico que a todos llama la atención y gusta. Ya que entre otras cosas se puede parar en múltiples localizaciones y hacer picnic, mojarnos los píes o dar un paseo. No es demasiado profundo, en ciertos puntos se puede atravesar y su cauce es controlado. Tampoco es rico en salmones pero lo que si es un hecho es que de cada 10 coches que pasan 8 se paran. Nosotros mismos hicimos esta estadística. Basicamente lo encontraremos junto a la carretera entre Tyndrum y Dalmally.
