10 reviews of Río Celeste Waterfall

A dream come true in Costa Rica, with waterfalls

Excellent

Upala Bijagua is in Costa Rica, close to the Highlands, an area where tourist buses are always passing. There is the Celeste River Waterfall where "God cleans brushes after painting in its waters blue sky." At the bottom of Volcan Tenorio, is a natural phenomenon when the clear river water mixes with silica particles in Teñideros, which is seen as clear waters after a waterfall of blue stain that leads to one of the most gorgeous waterfalls I have ever seen. As you know I use a wheelchair , but thanks to a chair "Joëlette" now widely used in many places, aided by 2 "ticos" could cross the jungle feeling he discovered a different world, enjoy the greenery, reptiles, some fatal, of people who explained to us what we saw, when I fell adrenaline with Joëlette by natural stands as high as a foot of the waterfall ...

Levitated then felt the force of the water, the energy of those waters blessed by the God of the Indians and I went with an unforgettable experience, I still remember the sound of falling water, the smell of sulfur expelled by the volcano, the vegetation moisture ... A dream come true
