More than just food
Sometimes eating out is more than just food, it’s an experience. That was the case at Rincón de Diego, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The tasting menu is full of surprises for the palate. From the variety of starters (a mojito cocktail, a bread “airbag” with tomato, anchovies and olives, gazpacho sorbet with cucumber noodles and Iberian ham, tuna tartar with mustard ice cream) to the foie gras with cherries and pepper ice cream, ham, shrimp, and pea terrine, wild mushroom carpaccio with crayfish and mezclum bouquet, wild mushroom risotto with black Catalan sausage, scorpionfish with ratte potatoes, beef tenderloin with red wine sauce, ingots of red fruits with passion fruit ice cream, and strawberry salad with frozen yogurt. Exquisite!
