Piazza Pellegrini

Piazza Pellegrini is a simple restaurant which, I confess, we walked right by at first. It's located in San Francisco's Little Italy neighborhood so, as you can probably guess, it's an Italian restaurant. In fact, the waiters are all Italian and very friendly. The freshly-baked bread had the right amount of seasoning and was served with olive oil. The pasta was also tasty and the price was a real bargain. Piazza Pellegrini is small but it really tastes like Italy. All in all, despite the nondescript exterior, it's the place to go if you're looking for authentic, cheap Italian in Little Italy.
