Good food and good atmosphere.
Nuestra Tierra Restaurant is the epitome of tropical restaurants. With large windows, high ceilings, wooden interiors and traditional decor, everything in it reminds you of exactly where you are. The food, by the way, is excellent. On our first night in the country we ordered a mixed grill and seafood and I think it actually helped us get over our jet lag! The waiters were very friendly and helped us our dishes. Its also just a 5 minutes' walk from the center of San José, in front of Plaza de la Democracia, so it's in a good area for an after dinner stoll.
