This restaurant is run by María José San Román, a Michelin-star chef. And those aren’t just given away. We enjoyed a meal in his restaurant and in his company, as a matter of fact. It was lovely. And this was right after the chef returned from the USA after teaching the official White House chef how to make paella. He’s constantly cooking for celebrities, actors, and politicians.
María José prepared us a menu of varied tapas, which I’ll explain. As you can imagine, the food was excellent and the price, of course, wasn’t cheap. You need to keep in mind what and where you’re eating, so it’s best for special occasions.
