Mae Ping Coffee Shop

The truth is that the food in the Mae Ping Coffee Shop isn't going to go down in history as one of the best restaurants in Chiang Mai. Indeed, this is simply a very average restaurant. It's located on the ground floor of the Imperial Mae Ping hotel, and you can book a table without being a guest. We tried the international buffet, with many dishes based on traditional Asian cuisines - Thai, Chinese and Japanese. Personally my favourite part of the meal was the dessert, with plenty of fruit and local cakes.
