La Matilde Restaurant is a landmark in Zaragoza. Its owners, the Puyuelo brothers: Luis, José A. and Iván are good professionals well known in the restaurant world. La Matilde’s kitchen mixes tradition and innovation, a cuisine of author which offers creative and quality dishes.

I have to highlight the cellar with more than 700 wines and peculiar things like the folding of serviettes with 90 different ways of doing it; always with the objective of enhancing the tables and giving class to the service in the dining room. The owners are very professional and their love for the restaurant business is such a love that they look after every single detail so clients don’t lose out, of course, this is an extra plus that clients appreciate.

Veterans' restaurant with quality cuisine and outstanding specialties like lasagna morcilla de Burgos and piquillo emulsion vegetables or rice gratin with aioli black pomfret. They have the best winery in Spain and a decor filled with antiques and collectibles such as plates or rings. There is a tasting menu for 43.50€.
