Excellent food
Iolanda Bustos has been the head chef of this restaurant since 2009. The kitchen is peculiar: it is very good, creating excellent food, but uses flowers in everything, from the craft beer to all the dishes. They have a daily menu for 12 euros, another one - a bit more special - for 22, and others that can be reserved online from 30 euros. Last time we went, we had a timbale of apple and goat's cheese and spaghetti with shrimp sauce as starters. Very good. Followed by a spectacular dish of grilled squid with romesco sauce, and a somewhat less outstanding lamb. The desserts - homemade brownie and citrus sorbet - were also great.
