"La Cuina d'en Norat" restaurant opened in 1935, when the founder of Hotel Terraza, Honorat, built a fish pond to store fresh produce to use in their dishes. The Gotanegra family gastronomic tradition continues with indigenous Mediterranean products. The current Chef Antoni, Honorat's grandson, heads La Cuina d'en Norat kitchens. There are different menus every night but what they have in common is their freshness and a natural development away from exotic sauces and condiments that now seem to be an exaggerated fashion, food is in season and there is live music to accompany an unforgettable evening.
