He is the third generation in a family preserving the gastronomic traditions of Galicia, offering a menu of Galician classics and other more cosmopolitan suggestions, all made with seasonal produce. The menu consists of 15 starters, 5 fish main courses, 5 meats, and 8 desserts, and the views over the bay of Orzn are unforgettable, so to maximize enjoyment, I recommend booking a table near the window.
