The first thing that caught my attention was an old mill that still worked along a river, almost nestled in a forest. The exterior was spectacular, very consistent with the architectural structure of the town: Homberg. The kitchen was excellent, one of the most elaborate of which I had in Germany. A tender and juicy meat with a variety of impressing sauces. There was also a good wine list with many of the area, as throughout Germany and some were imported.
