Refugio de Peregrinos

Following the path of the Way of Nidaros, between the towns of Frya and Kvam, you can find a shelter for pilgrims on a high mountain. This small shelter with room for about 4 people is ideal for a rainy day if you're in the area. Although it is not very large you can stay overnight and be kept warm, but go preferably with a good sleeping bag, because even in the summer temperatures often approach the 4-5 º. To reach it you should just follow the path of the Way of Nidaros. After passing the sign that I show in the picture which shows the distance to Nidaros, Santiago and Jerusalem you will have to climb to the top of the mountain, a place from which you get the best views.
