A special place
This is a great place for a quiet cup of tea. They waiters don’t utter a word and there are chips on each table that are inscribed with things like “hot water” and “thank you,” as well as a pad of paper and pen so you can write what you want. The decoration is lovely and there are sofas and cute little tea tables. It’s a perfect place to escape the rain.
