Thoroughly impressed
During my first trip to Dénia, we decided to try the rice dishes of this famous chef. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality.
We had some prawns as a starter and then rice with vegetables and truffles, all accompanied by a good white wine.
The final price was around 270 euros, not bad to go once for a special occasions and see what it’s all about. That doesn’t mean, though, that you can’t find other great paellas in Dénia for much less money.
