Feel in Southern Brazil!
Sinta-se no Sul do Brasil!
Pra falar a verdade eu não conheço bares muito interessantes nessa zona de São Paulo, próximo ao Jardim Marajoara, Interlagos. Porém uma amiga minha mora lá perto e combinamos de sair, então fiz uma pesquisa pra tentar achar algum lugar legal. Foi aí então que eu conheci o Quintana Bar.
Fui super despretensiosa, achei que seria mais um botequinho, mas foi surpreendida! O restaurante/bar Quintana é um local super sofisticado. A decoração e arquitetura são belíssimas. Além da sofisticação na decoração o local tem uma característica única, me lembrou um pouco Portugal por causa dos azulejos.
Mas a proposta mesmo é trazer a cozinha do sul do Brasil para São Paulo. E pelo o que eu provei, é realmente isso mesmo! Eu comi um delicioso Entrevero de Pinhão, que é um dos carros chefes da casa. O prato é feito basicamente de pinhão e carnes, bem típico mesmo dos estados da região sul do Brasil. Simplesmente delicioso! Eu nunca tinha comido nada igual, e é um prato típico brasileiro! Pra acompanhar eu pedi um suco integral de uva branca, combinação perfeita! Mas eles também tem um cardápio bastante requintado de vinhos e outros drinks. Sugiro seguir a proposta do restaurante, e experimentar então os vinhos produzidos no Sul do Brasil.
Reparei também que as pessoas pediam "Árvore de Chips de Raízes" que é uma entrada mais autoral do bar. Vale a pena experimentar! Eu certamente irei pedir essa entrada na próxima vez :)
Se você estiver na área procurando por um bar ou restaurante bacana, super recomendo o Quintana.
To tell the truth I do not know much interesting bars in this area of Sao Paulo, near the Jardim Marajoara, Interlagos. But a friend of mine lives near there and arranged to leave, then did a search to try to find a cool place. It was here then I met Quintana Bar. I was super unpretentious, thought it would be another botequinho but was surprised! The restaurant / bar Quintana is a super sophisticated location. The decor and architecture are beautiful. In addition to the sophistication in decor the place has a unique feature, it reminded me a little Portugal because of the tiles. But even the proposal is to bring the cuisine of southern Brazil to Sao Paulo. And from what I tasted, it is really so! I ate a delicious Entrevero pinion, which is one of the cars heads of the house. The dish is made primarily of pine nuts and meat, and even typical of the states of southern Brazil. Simply delicious! I had never eaten anything like it, and is a typical Brazilian dish! To follow I ordered a full juice of white grapes, perfect combination! But they also have a very fine menu of wines and other drinks. I suggest following the proposal of the restaurant, and then try the wines produced in southern Brazil. I have also noticed that people were asking "Root Chips Tree" which is a more authorial input bar. Worth a try! I will certainly ask this entry the next time :) If you are in the area looking for a nice bar or restaurant, super recommend Quintana.
