A Picturesque Lake in Canmore
Quarry Lake Park is located in the town of Canmore, Alberta, and is a favourite gathering spot for locals and visitors. Located just off of Spray Lakes Road, it can be accessed by car, bicycle, or by foot via the Canmore trail system. Quarry Lake Park is home to - obviously - Quarry Lake itself, as well as a large off-leash dog park, several picnic areas, a swimming area during the summer months, sitting benches and pit toilets - all set against a stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. Quarry Lake makes a great picnic spot or even a place to cool off during the heat of the summer.
