Near Tiananmen Square, on a very new road, this hostel has a great location. Prices here are very reasonable, about 10 euros per person for a night in a double room with a bathroom - and of course here are plenty of cheaper options. Breakfast is not included in the price, but costs about 2 euros, and has both Chinese and western options. The hostel organises various excursions, around the city or to places like the Great Wall, and will help you book train and plane tickets.
