Good food
Before embarking on my little route through the UK, I loaded my bag with a few preconceived notions on the type- the food is awful, but fortunately for me, I was wrong! I found the Nicholson chain of restaurants, and they completely changed my ind. The restaurants, at least the ones I've visited in Manchester, Edinburgh and York are great and they take you back in time a few centuries ago. The food is very good and the price seemed really good (2 courses and a 3/2 pints, for about twenty pounds approx). Bon Appetit
