Puebla

This past weekend I was lucky enough to visit one of the most beautiful cities of Mexico - Puebla de los Angeles. It's dazzling to visitors, and although there were wet weather conditions, my stay was one of adventure, though it was of course limited by the hard rain. It was a beautiful experience, so I suggest a visit, and if it rains take a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate in one of the cafes near the center. September 15 and 16 are the dates of Mexico's independence, so most of the capitals will be decorated with picturesque ornaments. The Puebla's incredible lights were no exception, their patriotic embellishments were very cute.

It had been a long time since I visited but it was as I remembered it. I went to the Palafox Library, Puebla Cathedral, the house of the Serdan brothers and Loreto fountain.
