Wonderful Foodie Experience!
Proof on Main is housed in an art-rich, historic hotel. The ambiance is certainly part of the price but worth it for an overall memorable dining experience. The menu features some American Southern-Italian fusion resulting in great variations in the dishes. Delicious burgers and Gulf Shrimp rolls too. I have to admit I was enticed by their creative condiments and sides like the sweet potato mustard and pickled blueberries. Bar features a host of Kentucky bourbons.
Despite Proof of Main being famous for seasonally inspired cooking, based on the fresh ingredients in season, dessert is not to missed.
