Processing of Tea

Darjeeling Altro capitolo dei " luoghi del Tè ". Dopo l'Assam vi voglio suggerire un altro posto famoso dell'India orientale dove si coltiva questa deliziosa bevanda. Darjeeling si trova nello stato del Bengala Occidentale, famosa per le sue piantagioni di tè nero, che occupano le colline nei dintorni della città,uno splendido scenario ai piedi dell'Himalaya. Molto interessante è stato visitare una delle fabbriche dove viene lavorato, essiccato e confezionato questo prezioso prodotto, che è stato anche denominato lo "champagne" dei tè !!!
