A small cottage to gather information
The Póvoa de Varzim tourist office is in Marques de Pombal Square, next to the gas station. It's a little cottage where you can gather information about the places to visit in the city and its surrounding areas. Don't miss Vila do Conde and Rates. It can also provide you with a tourist guide. In the office there is also a small exhibition about the city's traditions, like the popular "Poveira camisole". It is open weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 19:00; and holidays from 9:30 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 h.
