Poundland

Remember the iconic store "Everything for 100" that seems to have been extinguished? Well, Poundland offers the same thing but a British version where everything is just 1 pound. It is a chain store and has several shops scattered throughout the city, but I went to the one in Camden Town. It mainly sells food products and toiletries. I recommend it because it has almost everything you can find in a supermarket but for only 1 pound. For example, a large bag of Lays full of six smaller bags of three types of flavors (salt and vinegar, cheese and salted) is 1 pound. You can also find giant boxes of chocolates, brands like Loreal, Herbal Essences, Pantene, Deodorants, rewritable CDs, headphones, pans, etc.
